Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but only North Tampa Christian Academy walked away with it. They walked away with a 49-36 victory over the Morningside Academy Eagles on Thursday. The win was nothing new for the Titans as they're now sitting on eight straight.

North Tampa Christian Academy found their leader in sophomore Zoe Bone, who went 5-for-12 en route to 15 points and seven steals. What's more, Bone also posted a 42% field goal percentage, which is the highest she's posted since back in December of 2024. Cali Midyett was another key player, almost dropping a double-double with 11 points and nine boards.

North Tampa Christian Academy smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 16 offensive boards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least eight offensive rebounds in ten consecutive games.

North Tampa Christian Academy's victory bumped their record up to 17-9. As for Morningside Academy, their loss dropped their record down to 19-7.

As of now, neither North Tampa Christian Academy nor Morningside Academy have any future games scheduled.
