Basketball Game Preview: Ashville Bulldogs vs. Oneonta Redskins

Ashville is 1-9 against Oneonta since January of 2018 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Thursday. The Ashville Bulldogs will head out on the road to square off against the Oneonta Redskins at 5:45 p.m.

Last Tuesday, Ashville came up short against Hokes Bluff and fell 45-33.

Meanwhile, there's no place like home for Oneonta, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Friday. They came out on top against Etowah by a score of 32-21 on Monday.

Oneonta has been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five games, which provided a nice bump to their 6-10 record this season. As for Ashville, their loss dropped their record down to 4-11.

Ashville ended up a good deal behind Oneonta in their previous matchup back in December of 2024, losing 55-41. Can Ashville avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
