Softball Recap: East Syracuse-Minoa Comes Up Short

East Syracuse-Minoa fell victim to Jamesville-DeWitt and their airtight pitching crew on Thursday. They came up short against the Red Rams, falling 7-0. The Spartans have struggled against the Red Rams recently, as the game was their ninth consecutive lost meeting.

East Syracuse-Minoa's loss dropped their record down to 2-4. As for Jamesville-DeWitt, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 3-4.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. East Syracuse-Minoa will venture away from home to challenge Central Square at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Spartans are facing the Redhawks at the right time seeing as the Redhawks are stuck on a three-game losing streak. As for Jamesville-DeWitt, they will head out on the road to square off against Auburn at 5:00 p.m. on Monday.
