Basketball Game Preview: Fenton Bison vs. Glenbard East Rams

Fenton and Glenbard East are an even 5-5 against one another since December of 2019, but not for long. The Fenton Bison will welcome the Glenbard East Rams at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.

Last Saturday, Fenton came up short against Conant and fell 53-42. While losing is never fun, the Bison can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Illinois basketball rankings (they are ranked 317th, while the Cougars are ranked 146th).

Meanwhile, Glenbard East entered their tilt with North Lawndale on Saturday with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. They took down the Phoenix 64-49.

Glenbard East has also been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five contests, which provided a nice bump to their 12-7 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 63.8 points per game. As for Fenton, their loss ended an eight-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 12-9.
