Basketball Recap: Kingston Comes Up Short

Kingston suffered their closest defeat since February 19th on Saturday. They fell just short of the North County Raiders by a score of 56-54. The Cougars were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Raiders apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in December of 2023.

Kingston now has a losing record at 3-4. As for North County, their win ended a nine-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 2-3.

While Kingston had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair will be back at it again later today.
