Volleyball Recap: Mifflin Takes a Loss

Mifflin was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their 14th straight defeat dating back to last season. They came up short against the Beechcroft Cougars, falling 3-0. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Punchers of the 3-0 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in September of 2024.

The match finished with set scores of 25-16, 25-7, 25-15.

Mifflin's defeat dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Beechcroft, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 3-0.

Mifflin has already played their next matchup (against Whetstone), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for Beechcroft, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 3-1 loss against Centennial on the 26th.
