Soccer Recap: Lee Takes a Loss

Lee was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They were a single goal away from ending the streak, but they lost a 2-1 heartbreaker at the hands of the Beaumont United Timberwolves. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Timberwolves this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 2-1 back in February.

Lee's loss dropped their record down to 0-11. As for Beaumont United, their win ended a seven-game drought on the road and puts them at 4-13.

Coming up, Lee will face off against Sterling at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Beaumont United, they will take on Port Neches-Groves at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
