Volleyball Recap: Cotopaxi Pirates vs. La Veta Redhawks
After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Custer County, Cotopaxi was happy to have turned things around on Friday. They put the hurt on the La Veta Redhawks with a sharp 3-0 win. The victory was a breath of fresh air for the Pirates as it put an end to their five-match losing streak.
Cotopaxi walked away with the win (and looked especially good in the first set). The match finished with set scores of 25-15, 25-20, 25-21.
