Kehillah is 10-0 against Mid-Peninsula since January of 2017 and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Thursday. The Kehillah Rams will square off against the Mid-Peninsula Dragons at 4:00 p.m. Kehillah's defense has only allowed 26.7 points per game this season, so Mid-Peninsula's offense will have their work cut out for them.

Kehillah's usually-dominant defense will be looking to make up for Tuesday's struggle, when Mountain View Academy offense got past them. Kehillah came out on top in a nail-biter against Mountain View Academy on Tuesday, sneaking past 60-57. The Rams' offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.

Kehillah's success was spearheaded by the efforts of Noga Kohavi, who posted 29 points, and Ariella Sheppard, who earned 19 points along with seven rebounds and six steals. That makes it four consecutive games in which Kohavi has scored at least a third of Kehillah's points. Another player making a difference was Advah Spiro, who had six points in addition to nine boards and three steals.

Kehillah smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 22 offensive boards. That's the most offensive rebounds they've managed all season.

Meanwhile, Mid-Peninsula was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss. They took a 38-21 bruising from Pescadero. That's two games in a row now that the Dragons have lost by exactly 17 points.

Mid-Peninsula's defeat dropped their record down to 2-9. As for Kehillah, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 6-1.

Kehillah took their victory against Mid-Peninsula in their previous meeting last Monday by a conclusive 42-16. In that contest, Kehillah amassed a halftime lead of 32-7, an impressive feat they'll look to repeat on Thursday.
