Basketball Recap: Hope Takes a Loss

Hope was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their 32nd straight defeat dating back to last season. They were beaten by the Nashville Scrappers 73-17. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Bobcats this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 82-16 back in January.

Hope's loss dropped their record down to 0-14. As for Nashville, they pushed their record up to 19-7 with the victory, which was their eighth straight at home.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. A feisty cat fight will be fought when the Bobcats take on the Cardinals at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Nashville, they will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against Magnolia at 6:00 p.m.
