While Reese Rutkowski delivered a dominant performance on Tuesday, a win just wasn't in the cards for Waccamaw. Rutkowski pitched 3.2 innings while giving up just two earned (and two unearned) runs off four hits, which was good enough to also set a new career-low in walks.
