Baseball Recap: Fontainebleau Comes Up Short

Fontainebleau was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They fell 5-2 to the St. Thomas Aquinas Falcons. The Bulldogs were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Falcons apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in March of 2024.

Fontainebleau's defeat dropped their record down to 11-15. As for St. Thomas Aquinas, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 14-15.

Looking ahead, Fontainebleau will face off against Assumption at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. The Bulldogs are facing the Mustangs at the right time seeing as the Mustangs are stuck on a nine-game losing streak. As for St. Thomas Aquinas, they have already played their next contest, a 4-1 victory against Riverside Academy on the 9th.
