The Titans fell just short of the Grass Lake Warriors by a score of 3-1 on Tuesday. The loss continues a trend for the Titans in their meetings with the Warriors: they've now lost three in a row.

Lumen Christi Catholic saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Alison Furnas, who went 1-for-3 with two stolen bases and one run.

Lumen Christi Catholic's defeat dropped their record down to 26-10. As for Grass Lake, the win (which was their tenth in a row) raised their record to 31-4.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: the Warriors beat Lumen Christi Catholic by a score of 12-4 later that day.
