Basketball Recap: Ocean Springs Takes a Loss

Ocean Springs was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They took a 57-41 bruising from the Gulfport Admirals. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Greyhounds of the 49-30 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in January of 2024.

Ocean Springs' loss dropped their record down to 5-8. As for Gulfport, their win ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 9-9.

Ocean Springs will take on Harrison Central at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Gulfport, they will host Biloxi at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Biloxi will roll in looking for their 21st straight victory, something Gulfport surely won't give up without a fight.
