The matchup between Worthing and Kashmere on Friday hardly resembled the 1-0 effort from their previous meeting. Worthing came out on top against Kashmere by a score of 15-12. The Colts' hitters stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most runs they've scored all season.

Worthing's victory ended a four-game drought on the road and puts them at 3-6. As for Kashmere, they are on a seven-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-5.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Worthing will challenge rival North Forest at 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Meanwhile, Kashmere is set to face off against their familiar foe Yates at 6:00 p.m. on April 2.
