Football Recap: GALA's Undefeated Season over After Five Games

The GALA Goddesses ended up a good deal behind the Lancaster Eagles on Saturday and lost 20-6. The loss was the Goddesses' first of the season.

Having lost for the first time this season, GALA fell to 3-1-1. As for Lancaster, their win ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 3-6.

Coming up, GALA will head out to face off against Hawkins at 2:30 p.m. on Monday. The two teams have allowed few points on average (the Goddesses 7.8, the Hawks 10.2) so any points scored will be well earned. As for Lancaster, they will host Littlerock at 5:15 p.m. on Tuesday. The Eagles are facing the Lobos at the right time seeing as the Lobos are stuck on a four-game losing streak.
