Soccer Game Preview: Pryor vs. Charles Page

The Pryor Tigers are taking a road trip to square off against the Charles Page Sandites at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Neither team made it on the board the last time they hit the pitch, so they've probably got a bit of extra motivation.

Friday just wasn't the day for Pryor's offense. They fell 2-0 to Metro Christian on Friday. The loss continues a trend for the Tigers in their meetings with the Patriots: they've now lost three in a row.

Meanwhile, while the 1-1 score might suggest a draw, it was Charles Page who was credited with the victory on Saturday. Charles Page got it done in the shootout by posting four goals to Booker T. Washington's three.

The win got Charles Page back to even at 2-2. As for Pryor, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-1.

Pryor came out on top in a nail-biter against Charles Page in their previous matchup back in April of 2016, sneaking past 2-1. Will Pryor repeat their success, or does Charles Page have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
