Patton had already won four in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 8.8 goals) and they went ahead and made it five on Monday. They put the hurt on the West Caldwell Warriors with a sharp 6-2 win. Considering Patton have won eight games by more than two goals this season, Monday's blowout was nothing new.

Patton's victory bumped their record up to 8-1-2. As for West Caldwell, they moved to 5-4-1 with that defeat, which also ended their three-game winning streak.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Patton is set to square off against their familiar foe East Rutherford at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Meanwhile, West Caldwell will face off against rival Draughn at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
