Winning always takes teamwork, but on Tuesday Matt Erickson stepped things up a notch to give Millard West the 'W'. Erickson went 6 of 8 en route to 12 points. The performance also marked the most blocks (two) he has had since back in December of 2024. We marked that as the best effort he's had all season, even better than his performance on December 17th, 2024 (when he posted six points) (Gamescore: 13.9 vs. 8.4).

Looking ahead, Erickson and Millard West will face off against Omaha South at 7:15 p.m. on Friday. Erickson will face off against Mar Cantu, the Packers' star center.
