Volleyball Recap: Lyons Picks Up Third Consecutive Win

Lyons entered their tilt with Caledonia-Mumford on Saturday with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. They walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Raiders. That's more bragging rights for the Lions, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Lyons easily took the first set, but they let things get interesting in the other. The final score came out to 25-15, 25-17.

Lyons' win bumped their record up to 16-3-3. As for Caledonia-Mumford, they now have a losing record of 7-8.

Lyons wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 2-0 loss against Finney on the 11th. As for Caledonia-Mumford, they will head out on the road to challenge Geneseo at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
