Football Recap: Sebring Comes Up Short on the Road Against Lakewood Ranch

Sebring had to start their season on the road on Friday, and it wasn't the start they were hoping for. They fell to the Lakewood Ranch Mustangs 6-0. If the Blue Streaks were looking for revenge after losing 26-0 to them when the teams met back in March of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Sebring didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off two passes before the game was over. The picks came courtesy of Thanh' Ha Nguyen and Alyssa Gwaltney.

The victory made it two in a row for Lakewood Ranch and bumps their season record up to a perfect 2-0.

Sebring has already played their next match, a 38-0 defeat against Celebration on the 25th. As for Lakewood Ranch, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next game, a 20-0 win against Palmetto on the 25th.
