Basketball Recap: Hinckley-Finlayson Takes a Loss

Hinckley-Finlayson was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their sixth straight defeat. They came up short against the Moose Lake/Willow River Rebels, falling 73-47. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest loss the Jaguars have suffered against the Rebels since November 28, 2017.

Hinckley-Finlayson's defeat dropped their record down to 2-24. As for Moose Lake/Willow River, their victory bumped their record up to 15-12.

As for Moose Lake/Willow River, they will head out on the road to challenge East Central at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Considering East Central has lost three straight at home and Moose Lake/Willow River three straight on the road, this one might come down to who's more desperate to change their momentum.
