After each having a week off, the Shiloh Generals and the Milton Eagles will shake off the rust and duke it out at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Shiloh will be looking to extend their current six-game winning streak.
Shiloh gave up the first points two weeks ago, but they didn't give up any more after. They walked away with a 28-21 win over Dunwoody. The score was all tied up 14-14 at the break, but the Generals were the better team in the second half.

John Wilson produced another solid performance rushing for 42 yards and one TD, while also throwing for 175 yards and one touchdown on only 14 passes. His passing game has become a key predictor of Shiloh's success: the team is undefeated when his passer rating is 110 or higher, but only 3-4 otherwise. Ryan Webster helped out on the ground, rushing for 107 yards.
They were just one part of a punishing run game: Shiloh was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 227 rushing yards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now rushed for at least 151 rushing yards in eight consecutive matchups.
Shiloh didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off two passes before the game was over. The picks came courtesy of Tyrell Dorsey and Tim Anthony. Dorsey is also on a roll when it comes to total tackles, as he's now made five or more in each of the last six games he's played. He got in on the action too, converting a pick into a touchdown.
Last Friday fans watched as two of the best teams in the nation hit the field. Milton fell just short of Roswell by a score of 41-39. The defensive woes were uncharacteristic for the Eagles, who until this contest were averaging 12.9 points allowed.
Shiloh will have to contain Bentley Hickman as he made an impact in Milton's last game. He rushed for 256 yards and three scores while picking up 8.8 yards per carry. Hickman's longest rush was for an incredible 75 yards. Ben Halevi was another key player, throwing for 143 yards and a pair of touchdowns.
Milton's loss ended a four-game streak of away wins and brought them to 7-3. As for Shiloh, their record is now 6-4.
Friday's game might be decided on the ground. Shiloh has been unstoppable on the ground this season, having averaged 224.4 rushing yards per game. However, it's not like Milton struggles in that department as they've been averaging 193.6 rushing yards. There's a good chance Friday's matchup turns into a tough fight on the ground.
