Softball Recap: Eisenhower Gets the Win

Eisenhower's tournament run continued when they took on Roosevelt on Saturday. The Eisenhower Eagles came out on top against the Roosevelt Rough Riders by a score of 6-1 (the very same score they lost by in their prior game).

Paige Hamner was incredible, scoring two runs and stealing Two bases. while going 3-for-3. The dominant performance gave her a new career-high in stolen bases. The team also got some help courtesy of Milani Paige, who scored two runs and stole a base while going 2-for-3.

Eisenhower's win bumped their record up to 3-1. As for Roosevelt, their loss dropped their record down to 3-2.

Coming up, Eisenhower will take on Maywood Academy in a tournament on Saturday. As for Roosevelt, they will host El Rancho at 3:30 p.m. on Monday.
