While Riverdale Ridge's win against Boulder wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Ravens sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 3-2 victory over the Panthers on Tuesday. The win continues a trend for the Ravens in their matchups with the Panthers: they've now won three in a row.

If you add up the scores from across all five sets (105-102) Riverdale Ridge actually scored fewer points, but in the end it didn't matter. The final score came out to 17-25, 25-22, 20-25, 25-23, 15-10.

Riverdale Ridge was led to victory by Mya Clarvoe and Chloe Brady. Clarvoe had nine digs and one assist, while Brady had eight digs. Teagan Cox also deserves some recognition as she posted her first assist of the season.

Riverdale Ridge was lethal from the service line and finished the match with 12 aces. The team's really been improving in that area: they've now improved their ace total in three consecutive matchups.

The victory was their first on the road , bumping their record up to 3-10. As for Boulder, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost seven of their last nine matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 6-10 record this season.
