It was fun while it lasted, but Buffalo Academy of Science's undefeated season came to an end after three games on Friday. They took a 57-53 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Lewiston-Porter Lancers. The loss was the Wolverines' first of the season.

Having lost for the first time this season, Buffalo Academy of Science fell to 3-1. As for Lewiston-Porter, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 10-5.

Buffalo Academy of Science will host Kennedy at 6:30 p.m. on Monday. One thing working in Kennedy's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points in their last three contests. As for Lewiston-Porter, they will challenge Grand Island at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
