Baseball Recap: Urbana Tigers vs. Danville Vikings
Urbana came into Friday's matchup having lost 12 straight, but that streak is now in the rearview. They blew past the Danville Vikings 19-1 on Friday. The Tigers not only won on Friday, but they posted their biggest win since April 12th (when they won 22-0).
Corey Johnson was a major factor no matter where he played. On the mound, he pitched three innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit. The dominant performance also gave him a new career-high in strikeouts (three). He was even better at the plate, going a perfect 4-for-4 with four runs, two stolen bases, and three RBI.
