Volleyball Recap: Paradise Honors Panthers vs. Greenway Demons

There's no place like home for Paradise Honors, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Monday. Everything went their way against the Greenway Demons on Wednesday as the Paradise Honors Panthers made off with a 3-0 win. The Panthers have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Demons, too.

Paradise Honors never let Greenway on the board, but things got pretty close in the third set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-20, 25-15, 25-23.

Brielle Tippins paced Paradise Honors' offense, picking up 20 kills. Tippins got some help from Molly Kuhn and her four assists. Kuhn was also solid from the service line: she led the team with three aces.

When it comes to explaining why Greenway lost, don't look at Eden Paul Castro. Despite the final result, she had 16 digs.

Paradise Honors' victory was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 28-12. As for Greenway, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 16-10.
