Florala and Paxton are an even 5-5 against one another since February of 2020, but not for long. Having just played yesterday, the Wildcats will head out on the road to face off against the Bobcats at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.

It was a proper cat-fight when Florala challenged Opp on Thursday. The Wildcats were just a bucket shy of victory and fell 51-50 to the Bobcats.

Meanwhile, Paxton earned a 57-45 win over Graceville on Thursday. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Bobcats.

Florala better keep an eye on Jacob Lowry. He was instrumental in Paxton's win, shooting 73% from the field en route to 20 points and five rebounds. Those 20 points gave Lowry a new career-high. Ryker Stokes was another key player, going 5-for-10 on his way to 15 points.

Florala didn't have too much breathing room in their matchup against Paxton in their previous matchup back in January, but they still walked away with a 50-44 victory. Will the Wildcats repeat their success, or do the Bobcats have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
