Soccer Recap: Providence Classical Christian Starts Season with Loss on the Road

Providence Classical Christian kicked off their season on the road on Tuesday and hit a couple of potholes. They fell 3-1 to the Mount Vernon Christian Hurricanes. The game was a 0-0 toss-up at halftime, but Providence Classical Christian couldn't quite close it out.

Mount Vernon Christian now has a winning record of 1-0-1.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Providence Classical Christian is set to face off against their familiar foe Puget Sound Adventist at 3:45 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Mount Vernon Christian will square off against rival St. George's at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday.
