Kiefer entered their tilt with East Central on Thursday with eight consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with nine. They strolled past the East Central Cardinals with points to spare, taking the game 55-38. Given the Trojans' advantage in MaxPreps' Oklahoma basketball rankings (they are ranked 44th, while the Cardinals are ranked 319th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Kiefer pushed their record up to 12-1 with the win, which was their sixth straight on the road. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 53.2 points per game. As for East Central, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost six of their last seven contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 4-11 record this season.

Kiefer will challenge Sperry at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for East Central, they will have a little extra prep time after the defeat as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Claremore at 6:00 p.m. on February 4th.
