On Friday, Red Springs had to settle for second even though Taquan (TJ) Ellerbe put up the best numbers he has all season. Ellerbe picked up 210 receiving yards and two touchdowns. The performance once again pushed his average receiving yardage north of 100 yards per game (109.6). He torched the secondary when he pulled down a catch that went for 75 yards.
