Basketball Recap: Catalyst-Maria Takes a Loss

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Catalyst-Maria can now relate to. They had to suffer through a 71-30 loss at the hands of the Harlan Falcons. The Wolves just can't catch a break and have now endured five defeats in a row.

Among those leading the charge was Hezikiah Cooks, who posted 24 points. Those 24 points gave him a new career-high. Derion Pope was another key player, putting up 15 points.

Catalyst-Maria's loss dropped their record down to 6-15. As for Harlan, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 10-9.

As of now, neither Catalyst-Maria nor Harlan have any future games scheduled.
