Guardian Angels Central Catholic extended their winning streak to five games thanks to a huge performance from Emma Cohee. The Bluejays came out on top against the Battle Creek Braves by a score of 3-1 on Tuesday with plenty of help from Cohee, who had five digs and two aces. She is also on a roll when it comes to assists, as she's now posted 17 or more in each of the last 27 games she's played dating back to last season.

The win didn't come easy: Battle Creek scored at least 18 points in every set. The final score came out to 25-23, 23-25, 27-25, 25-18.

Battle Creek's loss shouldn't obscure the performances of Ava Kuchar, who had 29 assists and 16 digs, and Jaidyn Smutny, who had 13 digs and four assists.

Guardian Angels Central Catholic's victory bumped their record up to 19-2. As for Battle Creek, they moved to 15-10 with that defeat, which also ended their three-match winning streak.
