Basketball Game Preview: Bloomingdale Bulls vs. Chamberlain Storm

The Bloomingdale Bulls will square off against the Chamberlain Storm at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. Expect the scorekeeper to be kept busy: if their previous games are any indication, the two teams will really light up the scoreboard.

On Tuesday, Bloomingdale came up short against Sickles and fell 71-62. Despite running the score up even higher than they did in their prior game on Monday (57), the Bulls still had to take the loss.

Meanwhile, after a string of six wins, Chamberlain's good fortune finally ran out on Tuesday. They lost 78-58 to Plant City. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest defeat the Storm have suffered since November 30, 2024.

Bloomingdale's loss dropped their record down to 16-7. As for Chamberlain, their defeat dropped their record down to 17-6.

Bloomingdale ended up a good deal behind Chamberlain in their previous meeting back in January of 2020, losing 37-23. Can Bloomingdale avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
