Clemens put another one in the bag on Monday to keep their perfect season alive. They came out on top against the Alamo Heights Mules by a score of 70-59.

Several Mules players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Jack Brewer, who almost dropped a double-double with 18 points and nine rebounds. Brewer is also on a roll when it comes to shooting accuracy, as he's posted one of at least 46% in the last ten games he's played dating back to last season. Harrison Taylor was another key player, shooting 60% from the field en route to 13 points.

Clemens' win bumped their record up to 9-0. As for Alamo Heights, their defeat dropped their record down to 7-2.

Clemens has already played their next matchup, a 52-44 victory against Clear Creek on the 4th. As for Alamo Heights, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, an 82-47 win against Lorena on the 4th.
