Baseball Recap: Paul VI Takes a Loss

Paul VI lost against Cherokee back in May of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Eagles lost 12-2 to the Chiefs. The Eagles have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Paul VI's defeat dropped their record down to 2-4. As for Cherokee, they pushed their record up to 7-0 with the victory, which was their ninth straight on the road dating back to last season.

Paul VI wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next match, an 11-1 loss against Bishop Eustace Prep on the 22nd. As for Cherokee, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next game, a 10-2 win against Camden Catholic on the 21st.
