The Lakeside Christian Lions will challenge the Bayshore Christian Faith Warriors at 7:30 p.m. on Monday. Having both just faced considerable losses, both teams are looking to turn things around.

Lakeside Christian will head into Saturday's contest out to bounce back: they won a close one the last time they played, but unfortunately they suffered a serious change of fortune on Saturday. They were beaten by Indian Rocks Christian 88-37. While losing is never fun, the Lions can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Florida basketball rankings (they are ranked 798th, while the Eagles are ranked 275th).

Meanwhile, Bayshore Christian played a tough game on Friday in which they were outscored in every quarter. They were dealt a 79-23 loss at the hands of Carrollwood Day. The Faith Warriors haven't had much luck with the Patriots recently, as the team's come up short the last three times they've met.

Lakeside Christian's defeat dropped their record down to 2-15. As for Bayshore Christian, their loss dropped their record down to 6-12.
