Soccer Recap: Dysart Comes Up Short

After flying high against Moon Valley back in December of 2024, Dysart came back down to earth. The Dysart Demons lost 4-1 to the Greenway Demons on Wednesday. Things were pretty much settled by the half as Dysart was already down 3-0.

Their goal came courtesy of Jacob Torres, which was the first he's scored this season.

Dysart's defeat dropped their record down to 4-3-1. As for Greenway, the win keeps them at an undefeated 4-0.

Dysart will face off against Paradise Honors at 6:00 p.m. on January 15th. Paradise Honors is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 4.2 goals per game this season. As for Greenway, they will challenge Agua Fria at 6:00 p.m. on January 15th. Greenway's defense has only allowed 0.5 goals per game this season, so Agua Fria's offense will have their work cut out for them.
