Volleyball Recap: Lake Station Edison Comes Up Short

Lake Station Edison was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Hobart Brickies. If the Fighting Eagles were looking for revenge after losing 2-0 to the Brickies when the teams met back in August of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Lake Station Edison's loss dropped their record down to 1-5. As for Hobart, their victory (their first of the season) made their record 1-2.

Coincidentally, Lake Station Edison and Hobart will both be playing Hammond Morton the next time they take the court. The Brickies will host the Governors at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, while the Fighting Eagles will play them later in the day, at 1:00 p.m.
