Basketball Recap: Coalgate Comes Up Short

Coalgate lost against Silo back in January of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Coalgate Wildcats fell 46-33 to the Silo Rebels.

Coalgate has also traveled a rocky road recently having lost ten of their last 13 games, which put a noticeable dent in their 5-14 record this season. As for Silo, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 13-9.

Coalgate didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 46-38 win against Battiest on the 7th. As for Silo, they have also already played their next contest, a 53-44 victory against Hugo on the 7th.
