Basketball Recap: Arcadia Valley Takes a Loss

Arcadia Valley was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They fell 47-39 to the Valley Vikings. The Tigers were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Vikings apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in January of 2024.

Arcadia Valley's loss dropped their record down to 7-12. As for Valley, their victory was their ninth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 14-3.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Arcadia Valley will head out to face off against Potosi at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Valley, they will get to enjoy the win for a while: their next game is against Bunker at 7:30 p.m. on February 18th.
