Volleyball Recap: San Rafael Takes a Loss

San Rafael lost against Archie Williams back in February, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. San Rafael took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of Archie Williams. While the Bulldogs didn't get the win, they did start the game off strong, beating the Peregrine Falcons 25-21 in the first set.

San Rafael started the match hot and won the first set, but they struggled down the stretch and lost the last three. The match finished with set scores of 21-25, 25-16, 25-8, 25-18.

San Rafael's defeat dropped their record down to 1-7. As for Archie Williams, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matchups. That's provided a massive bump to their 6-7 record this season.
