Buckeye Valley had already won 12 in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 7.3 runs) and they went ahead and made it 13 on Monday. They put the hurt on the Bexley Lions with a sharp 13-1 victory. Considering the Barons have won nine games by more than five runs this season, Monday's blowout was nothing new.

Buckeye Valley's win bumped their record up to 15-2. As for Bexley, their defeat ended a ten-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 14-4.
