Volleyball Recap: Christian Home Educators Fellowship Wins Going Away Against NELA Christian Homeschool

After losing to NELA Christian Homeschool the last time they met, Christian Home Educators Fellowship decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The Patriots blew past the Flame 3-0 on Friday. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Patriots.

Christian Home Educators Fellowship was especially dominant in the second set. The match finished with set scores of 25-20, 25-15, 25-16.

Among those leading the charge was Rose Barraco, who had six digs and five aces. That's the most aces she has posted since back in August.

Christian Home Educators Fellowship's win bumped their record up to 9-5. As for NELA Christian Homeschool, their defeat dropped their record down to 4-6.

Looking ahead, Christian Home Educators Fellowship will square off against Open Door Christian Academy at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. As for NELA Christian Homeschool, they will have a little extra prep time after the loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Mount Olive Christian at 6:00 p.m. on October 7.
