Football Recap: Valley View Comes Up Short

Valley View fell victim to Dallas and their airtight defense on Friday. They lost to the Mountaineers at home by a 17-0 margin. The home team had taken home the W every time these teams have met since November 15, 2019, but that streak is no more.

Valley View's loss dropped their record down to 6-5. As for Dallas, they are on a roll lately: they've won six of their last eight matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 6-5 record this season.

Valley View does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Dallas, they will challenge North Pocono at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Trojans' defense has only allowed 13.2 points per game this season, so the Mountaineers' offense will have their work cut out for them.
