Volleyball Recap: Prince Avenue Christian's Losing Streak Is a Thing of the Past

Prince Avenue Christian had to endure a seven-game losing streak, but that streak is no more. They walked away with a 2-0 win over the Eastside Eagles on Tuesday. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 2-0 on August 7th.

Prince Avenue Christian's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Ava Johnson led the charge by getting 15 assists and three digs. Johnson is on a roll when it comes to assists, as she's now posted 15 or more in each of the last three games she's played.

Prince Avenue Christian's victory bumped their record up to 5-11. As for Eastside, they dropped their record down to 4-12 with the loss, which was their fifth straight on the road dating back to last season.
