Basketball Game Preview: Danville Christian Academy Warriors vs. McCreary Central Raiders

The Danville Christian Academy Warriors will face off against the McCreary Central Raiders at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.

Last Tuesday, Danville Christian Academy was just a bucket shy of victory and fell 55-54 to Lexington Catholic.

Meanwhile, McCreary Central waltzed into their game last Tuesday with three straight wins... but they left with four. They claimed a resounding 79-47 victory over the Golden Lions. The Raiders have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won seven contests by 24 points or more this season.

Danville Christian Academy's loss ended a four-game streak of away wins and brought them to 23-3. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 60.0 points over those games. As for McCreary Central, they pushed their record up to 16-7 with the win, which was their third straight at home.

Everything came up roses for Danville Christian Academy against McCreary Central when the teams last played back in February of 2024, as the team secured a 52-23 victory.
