Baseball Recap: Olive Picks Up Fifth Straight Win at Home

Olive won against Prue on Monday with 11 runs and they decided to stick to that run total again on Friday. The Wildcats put the hurt on the Wilson-Henryetta Tigers with a sharp 11-3 win. The result was nothing new for the Wildcats, who have now won eight games by seven runs or more so far this season.

Olive's victory was their fifth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 9-9. Those home wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 14.6 runs over those games. As for Wilson-Henryetta, they are on a 24-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-13.
