Basketball Game Preview: Northview Titans vs. Milton Eagles

The Northview Titans will face off against the Milton Eagles at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Both squads will be entering this one on the heels of a big victory.

Northview is headed into the contest after thoroughly thrashing North Springs: they outscored them in every quarter. Given that consistent dominance, it should come as no surprise that the Titans blew the Spartans out of the water with a 71-30 final score. The Titans haven't had any issues with the Spartans recently, as the game was their ninth consecutive victory against them.

Erin Hobbs produced another solid effort shooting 67% from the field on her way to 23 points and three steals. Those 23 points gave her a new career-high. Kelly Reynolds was another key player, going 6-for-13 to rack up 13 points along with five rebounds and four steals.

Northview was working as a unit and finished the game with 13 assists. They are a perfect 10-0 when they've passed the ball that well.

Meanwhile, Milton made easy work of Gainesville on Tuesday and carried off a 61-38 win. With the Eagles ahead 35-13 at the half, the matchup was all but over already.

Northview's victory bumped their record up to 15-8. As for Milton, their win bumped their record up to 18-3.
